Marek Majeski joined BETTR Law Group in June of 2026.  He advises individuals, families, and closely held business owners on estate planning, trust administration, business succession, charitable planning, and estate and gift taxation. He combines a strong foundation in tax and estate law with more than a decade of leadership and business management experience to provide practical, solutions-oriented counsel tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Mr. Majeski earned his LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He is admitted to practice law in California. Outside the office, Mr. Majeski enjoys spending time with his family. As a father of a young son, he appreciates the importance of thoughtful estate planning in protecting loved ones, preserving family legacies, and providing peace of mind for future generations.
