Benedicto Vega joined the BETTR Law Group, in February of 2025. As an attorney, he has focused his practice in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He brings a strong foundation in tax from his prior experience at Deloitte, where he supported tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and trust clients.

Mr. Vega earned his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in 2020 and his law degree, with a concentration in business, from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2023. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he helps families and fiduciaries create personalized estate plans that reflect their values, protect their assets, and honor their legacy.

As a husband and father of four, Mr. Vega approaches estate planning with a deep appreciation for the need to protect loved ones, preserve legacies, and provide peace of mind for future generations. He is also committed to service and equity, having led food distribution and legal aid initiatives for immigrant and low-income communities throughout the Bay Area.
