Laura Woodman joined the Bohne Law Group, in May of 2014. Her major practice areas are estate planning for individuals, trust administration and business planning for closely held business owners. Ms. Woodman also has experience with special needs planning for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Before joining Bohne Law Group, Ms. Woodman advised clients on all aspects of employee benefits and deferred compensation, including tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and executive compensation. She has also served as senior counsel for a public company providing wireless communications services, with responsibility for all aspects of retirement and welfare plans, including issues relating to company mergers and divestments.

Ms. Woodman received a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (cum laude), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Thurston Society. She is a member of the California bar.
