Kevin contributes to Bohne Law Group by focusing on the areas where trusts and taxes overlap. In addition to drafting tax intensive estate plans and administering trusts, he prepares estate and gift tax returns and advises clients on property tax planning strategies.

After completing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (with minors in Economics and French), Kevin earned a Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a Master of Accountancy from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management. He first joined Bohne Law Group as a law clerk in 2014. In 2016, Kevin became a licensed attorney and a full-time associate of the firm.

Kevin lives in Walnut Creek with his wife Cassie (a tax accountant with Deloitte Tax LLP in San Francisco) and their son. He is an avid cyclist, having participated in various century rides and the 200-mile Lotoja Classic. When he's off the bike, Kevin enjoys watching sports, including the Tour de France and English Premier League, and traveling with his wife.
