Theresa Hamilton was born and raised in Taiwan and speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently. She attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California, studying Business Management. She worked as an office manager for an Eastern medicine practice while home-schooling two of her four lovely daughters until middle school. She was a cheer and soccer mom in the East Bay for over a decade. Currently, she teaches English weekly to a group of elderly Chinese through her church.

Theresa joined Bohne Law Group in 2022. Along with her husband, she resides with a dozen koi, several chickens, and a rabbit. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crafts, watching binge-worthy dramas, some gardening and a bit of writing.
